These are not available under the NHS and therefore a fee will be payable. The fee will be agreed with you beforehand. Payment will be required in advance and can be made by cheque or cash and a receipt will be given to you. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for completion – some may take longer depending upon the complexity of the request.
